User Requirements

When you use the Service, you represent that:

The Company grants each user a non-exclusive and limited license to use the object code version of the Application for non-commercial purposes. Each user may make one copy of the Application in object code form for archival or backup purposes.

Each user is prohibited from transferring or assigning the Application or these Terms of Use and/or any rights or obligations herein without the prior written consent of the Company.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, and we are not responsible and we do not endorse, support or guarantee the legality, accuracy or reliability of any content submitted, transmitted or displayed by or linked by our service.

We also do not guarantee the quality, reliability or suitability of any third-party services provided, available, advertised or linked through our service.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS OF USE SHALL AFFECT ANY STATUTORY RIGHTS THAT YOU CANNOT CONTRACTUALLY AGREE TO ALTER OR WAIVE AND ARE LEGALLY ALWAYS ENTITLED TO AS A CONSUMER.
